The Quality Homes Project Management Process

Site Meeting

A meeting is arranged to:

• Review the project on site

• Discuss finishes and expectations

• Explain our project management approach in detail

Initial Contact

Clients or architects contact Quality Homes to discuss a potential project and request an estimate.

Estimating & Costing

• Plans are issued to trusted subcontractors for trade-specific costing

• Quality Homes measures and costs demolition and construction works internally

• A comprehensive estimate is compiled, allowing for provisional sums and flexibility

Construction Phase

• Quality Homes manages and coordinates all subcontractors

• Only experienced and trusted subcontractors are recommended

• Clients approve subcontractors and pay them directly

• All payments are tracked and managed against the project budget

• Clients may request changes or upgrades at any stage, with costs adjusted transparently

Completion & Snagging

• Upon completion, the client submits a single consolidated snag list

• Quality Homes coordinates all subcontractors to resolve snags efficiently

• Once snags are completed, the project is formally handed over

Guarantees & After Completion

Quality Homes provides a five-year structural guarantee.
All other guarantees, certificates, and warranties are issued directly to the client by the relevant subcontractors.

Once the snag list is completed and the project is handed over, Quality Homes’ project management services conclude.
Should assistance be required thereafter, we may assist as a courtesy, but responsibility rests with the appointed subcontractors.
